I. Sovereignty & Privacy: The World Foundation for Different Realities respects the sovereign privacy of all Earth citizens. In accordance with the Planetary Covenant, the Bureau does not track, store, or sell your transit routes, citizenship records, or personal data. Any communication directed to the Bureau remains strictly confidential under the seal of the Foundation, held only in physical inbox archives and protected from external surveillance.

II. Planetary Stewardship & Terms: By carrying the Universal Passport, you commit to upholding the values of cultural exchange, environmental stewardship, and peaceful transit across all planetary borders. The passport is a symbolic document of mutual respect; it does not grant legal passage under national border regimes but serves as an absolute statement of your birthright as an inhabitant of Earth. Use this document in accordance with local customs, promoting unity and planetary harmony.
